why singing bowls?
Tibetan Singing Bowls' sounds and vibrations can bring us to deep relaxation and entrain our brain waves to the meditative theta state very quickly.
Studies have also shown that people who experienced singing bowl meditation, reported to have a reduction in tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed moods. And their spiritual well-being increased.
During a singing bowl sound therapy session (one-on-one), one would be comfortably lying down, with bowls around you, or placed on your body.
